More Skellies! I really do love drawing these little guys....girls....

So this piece came about from a few comments/conversations that i've had:

One is on another site, where a guy suggested that i give the Skellies more expressions.... gotta say, hard to do without reconstructing the bone. lol
The other came from

who suggested a steampunk theme! Thank you Momo!

As for the elongated heads, well i was going for an African theme and i was looking up different types of skulls.

I think you are the first person to make that kind of connection. Interesting perspective, it brings a whole different tone to the image, very bitter sweet. (i like your interpretation)

But rest assured that they never truly lived because they were never born, like us humans, so they can't die. These little girls are just personifications of my private thoughts and opinions. They manifested one day as bones, so they aren't really dead.
